| The 7th CACPPFO was held from 16th to 17th August in Hanoi, Vietnam. Invited by the Organizing Committee in Vietnam, Prof Phua Kok Khoo, President of the Singapore China Friendship Association (SCFA), personally led the SCFA delegation to attend the Conference. SCFA delegates include President Prof Phua Kok Khoo, Mr Ung Gim Sei and Wife, Mr Loh Weng Kee, Mr Ng Swan Meen and Wife. | |||
