2011年1月8日，文莱中国友好协会五周年庆祝活动在文莱举行。新中友协受邀出席，并和其他亚细安国家代表举行会谈。新中友协董事黄选民等出席了庆祝活动。

5th Anniversary of Brunei China Friendship Association Celebration

Brunei China Friendship Association celebrated its 5th year anniversary on 8th January 2011 at Brunei Darussalam. SCFA was invited to attend the event with other ASEAN-China Friendship Associations. SCFA Committee Member, Mr. Ng Swan Meen attended the event.

东盟中国民间友好组织大会每年定期召开。大会为促进各国政治、经济、文化、教育的交流合作，从双边关系发展到区域性的多边关系和交往，发挥了重要作用。2011年的第六届东盟-中国民间友好组织大会于8月17日至19日在泰国曼谷举行。受主办国承办组织泰中友好协会之邀，我会由潘国驹会长亲自率团出席，团员名单如下：黄锦西、邹福来、罗荣基、黄选民、董旭、林伟民等。

The 6th Conference on
ASEAN-China People-To-People Friendship Organizations

The 6th CACPPFO was held in Bangkok, Thailand from 17th to 19th August 2011. Invited by the Thai-Chinese Friendship Association, Prof Phua Kok Khoo, President of the Singapore China Friendship Association (SCFA), personally led the SCFA delegation to attend the Conference. SCFA delegates include President Prof Phua Kok Khoo, Mr Ung Gim Sei, Mr Chio Hock Lai Paul, Mr Loh Weng Kee, Mr Ng Swan Meen, Miss Dong Xu and Mr Lim Wie Ming. "国际和平日纪念活动暨东北亚发展论坛"于2011年9月20日至22日在沈阳市举行，旨在向国际社会表达东北亚各国人民热爱和平、加强合作、促进发展的共同愿望，并加深东北亚各国人民的友谊。 论坛活动以"让世界听到你的声音-共用和平与发展"为主题。受主办国承办组织的邀请，我会出席的董事有：黄锦西董事，黄选民董事，罗荣基董事和董旭董事。

(2011 Northeast Asia Development Forum)

"International Day of Peace (2011 Northeast Asia Development Forum)" was held in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province from 20 to 22 September 2011. Themed "Let the World Hear Our Voices and Achieve World Peace by Eliminating Unfairness", this Forum aimed to express Northeast Asian people's common aspirations for peace, cooperation, promoting development and enhancing friendship among the people. Having been invited by the organizing committee, 4 SCFA committee members, namely Mr Ung Gim Sei, Mr Ng Swan Meen, Mr Loh Weng Kee and Ms Dong Xu attended the event.
