新中友协欢送郑超商务公参、欢迎钟曼英商务公参到任

新中友协于2018年1月29日为中国驻新加坡大使馆郑超商务公参举办一场欢送晚宴，同时也欢迎新任商务公参钟曼英到任。晚宴由新中友协和新中科促会联合主办，新加坡清华大学校友会、新加坡北京大学校友会、新加坡潮籍博士协会协办。晚宴上，潘国驹会长代表主办方致辞，对郑公参致力于新加坡和中国经贸往来所做出的努力表示感谢，并代表新中友协向郑超公参赠送纪念品。他对新任钟曼英商务公参表示欢迎，表示将举协会之力，为加强两国民间文化、商贸、科技等交流与合作贡献力量。
新加坡-中国科学技术交流促进协会申泽骧会长、新加坡清华大学校友会吴永玲会长、新加坡北京大学校友会杨文汇会长、新加坡潮籍博士协会李海洲会长先后代表所在社团致辞。来自各社团近80人出席了晚宴。

SCFA Reception to bid Farewell to Minister Counsellor Mr Zheng Chao and to Welcome Minister Counsellor Mrs Zhong Manying

On 29th January 2018, SCFA co-organized a reception dinner, together with Singapore-China Association for Advancement of Science and Technology, Tsinghua Alumni Association (Singapore), Peking University Alumni Association (Singapore) and Singapore Teochew Doctorate Society, to bid farewell to Minister Counsellor Mr Zheng Chao, meanwhile also to welcome Minister Counsellor Mrs Zhong Manying. At the dinner, Prof Phua thanked Mr Zheng for his relentless contributions in promoting businesses between Singapore and China, followed by a appreciation token presented to Mr Zheng. He also gave a warm welcome to Mrs Zhong, and reaffirmed that SCFA would continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various field such as culture, business and technology. Participants from different societies of around 80 persons graced the function.
