On 9th January 2018, A delegation led by Mr Hu Zheng, Board member of China Merchants group, visited SCFA. SCFA President Prof Phua Kok Khoo, Vice President Mr Ung Gim Sei received the delegation. Members including Mr Yang Hong, General Manager of China Merchants Capital Investment Co Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Merchants Capital"), Mr Zhang Bin, Officer from Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Mr Wang Xinyao, Marketing Manager of China Construction First Building Group.
