欢送中国大使馆肖江华参赞暨欢迎阙小华参赞晚宴 2017年6月9日晚7时，新中友协在潮州发记酒楼举办晚宴，欢送中国大使馆文化处肖江华参赞及夫人，同时迎接阙小华参赞到任。中国驻新加坡大使馆房新文公参、我会会长潘国驹教授及夫人出席晚宴。使馆李道忠武官、潘泽君参赞，文化处魏娇、程漓秘书等使馆嘉宾出席了晚宴。我会荣誉顾问柯新治博士，副会长黄锦西、王勇诚，秘书长黄延辉，以及董事罗荣基、周新华、翁德生、李思贤、蔡德明、方苍升、方莹等近60人出席了晚宴。晚宴开始前，潘会长代表我会，向肖江华参赞及夫人赠送纪念品，感谢他多年来为新中友好事业，尤其是文化领域的辛勤付出与耕耘；同时，也热烈欢迎阙小华参赞履新赴任，并祝愿新中友谊更上一层楼。 Reception to bid Farewell to Counsellor Mr Xiao Jianghua and Welcome Counsellor Mr Que Xiaohua On 9th June 2017, at 7pm, SCFA hosted a dinner at Teochew Restaurant Huat Kee, to bid farewell to the Cultural Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Mr Xiao Jianghua, and to welcome the incoming Cultural Counsellor, Mr Que Xiaohua. Mr Fang Xinwen, the Charge d'Affairs of the Chinese Embassy, SCFA President Prof Phua Kok Khoo and Mrs Phua attended the Dinner. Military Attache Mr Li Daozhong and Counsellor Mr Pan Zejun from the Chinese Embassy, SCFA Vice Presidents Mr Ung Gim Sei and Mr Desmond Ong Eng Chang, Honorary Secretary Mr Ng Yan Huay, and committee members Mr Loh Weng Kee, Mr Chew Sin Hwa, Mr Ang Teck Sin, Mr Lee Sze Shyan, Mr Chua Teck Ming, Mr Png Chong Seng, Mrs Fang Ying and other guests, around 60 persons attended the Dinner. On behalf of SCFA, President Phua presented a farewell gift to Mr Xiao, thanked him for his relentless services and efforts towards the Singapore-China friendship. President Phua also presented warm welcome to the new Counsellor, Mr Que.
