"一带一路"讲座系列第六讲:《"一带一路"国际经济合作最新趋势》
2017年5月27日(星期六)下午,由我会与南洋理工大学高等研究所、怡和轩俱乐部和新加坡中国商会联合主办的"一带一路"系列讲座第六讲--《"一带一路"国际经济合作最新趋势》,在俱乐部二楼大厅成功举办。本次讲座邀请到中国丝路智库研究院首席经济学家梁海明教授、印度尼赫鲁大学国际关系学院中国与东南亚研究中心狄伯杰教授主讲。澳门大学全球事务总监兼校长特别顾问冯达旋教授作为讲座主席,主持了活动。梁海明教授作为"一带一路"核心研究者出席了在北京举行的"一带一路"国际合作高峰论坛。他从文化包容的角度解读习近平在主旨讲话中提及的丝路精神,他表示,"一带一路"建设的宏伟蓝图,推出了更加公平、公正、合理的全球经济治理新方案,以无处不在的经济合作模式,为世界各国的共同发展、共同富裕提供强大的助推力。各相关国家应当积极参与,实现互利共赢。狄伯杰教授围绕一带一路的机遇与挑战,分析了中国与周边国家外交、政治、经济、文化方面的关系。围绕中国印度在一带一路工程中的合作前景,他指出,从贸易不平衡问题的角度还是印度发展制造业视角来看,中印都可以成为重要的发展伙伴,也应该在多边机制和地区层面进一步加强合作。如果双方在政治上能够获得一些共识,则合作就能够有效地推进,长远来看,两国合作前景广阔。讲座吸引了包括约150余名听众前往参加。

"One Belt One Road" Talk Series No 6 - International Economic Cooperation under "One Belt One Road" Initiative
On Saturday, 27th May 2017, the "OBOR" Talk Series No 6 - International Economic Cooperation uncer "One Belt One Road" Initiative was successfully held at the Ee Hoe Hean Club. The Talk was co-organized by SCFA, Institute of Advanced Studies of Nanyang Technological University, Ee Hoe Hean Club and Singapore China Business Association. Invited speakers were Prof Liang Haiming, the Chief Economist of China Silk Road iValley Research Institute, and Prof B R Deepak from the Center of Chinese and Southeast Asian Studies of Jawarhelal Nehru University. The Chair was Prof Feng Da-Hsuan, the Special Advisor to Rector of the University of Macau. Prof Liang also attended the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation held in Beijing. He said, the "OBOR" initiative suggested a new approach of global economic governance, that is fairer, reasonable, and is ubiquitous in economic cooperation, providing a strong boost for the common development and prosperity all around the world. The relevant countries should actively participate in the realization of mutual benefit and win-win situation. Prof Deepak examined the relations between China and neighbouring countries from the aspects of diplomacy, politic, economy and culture, to evaluate the opportunities and challenges facing "OBOR". Regarding the cooperation between China and India, he suggested, China and India can become important development partners, and should further strengthen cooperation at the multilateral and regional levels. If both sides can archive political consensus, the cooperation will be able to effectively promoted. In long term, there are broad prospects for cooperation between the two countries. The Talk attracted more than 150 audiences.
