Dr Li introduced the China Elite Culture from the view of Chinese philosophy. He explained, the China Elite Culture derived from the Chinese understanding about life, it was a way to cultivate the moral character and nourish the future. The China Elite Culture was thriving during the ancient China, especially the Tang and Song Dynasty. But it declined, alongside with the decline of China in the modern history.
Nowadays, the recovery of Chinese economy has caused the Renaissance of China Elite Culture. This can also be seen in Singapore.
As part of the China Elite Culture, Dr Li also introduced the "Tea culture". During the Talk, members from the Incense Culture Association also demonstrated how they practise the incense culture and tea culture. The Talk attracted more than 60 audiences and ended at 4pm. They had experienced a relaxing and interesting journey with the China Elite Culture.
