2016年8月17日，济宁市政府代表团一行6人访问了新中友协。代表团成员包括济宁市政协主席刘成文先生，济宁市外事侨务、市经信委负责人，以及部分企业家代表。我会潘国驹会长接待了代表团一行。
座谈中，宾主双方分别介绍了济宁市以及新加坡城市建设、社会管理以及科技创新等方面情况。双方表示，将密切往来，拓展民间教育、旅游和文化方面的合作。我会财政黄选民、董事罗荣基等参加了活动。 |
| Jining Municipal Friendship Delegation Visited SCFA |

On 17th August 2016, Wednesday, a delegation of 6 members, from Jining Municipal Government, visited SCFA. The delegation was led by Mr Liu Chengwen, Chairman of Jining People's political consultative conference, while the other 5 representatives were from Jining Municipal Government and local entrepreneurs. The delegation was received by SCFA President Prof Phua Kok Khoo. In the meeting, both sides exchanged views and ideas to further strengthen cooperation between SCFA and Jining City. SCFA Honorary Treasurer Mr Ng Swan Meen and committee member Mr Loh Weng Kee also attended the meeting.
