2016年8月13日（星期六）下午2时30分，由怡和轩俱乐部和南洋理工大学高等研究所联办，我会与新加坡中国商会等协办的《"一带一路"与中国大外交》讲座，在醉花林俱乐部宴会厅顺利举办。讲座由新加坡国立大学东亚研究所所长郑永年教授主讲。我会潘国驹会长担任讲座主席。
来自各合办方和社会各界400余名听众参加了讲座，并通过问答环节与郑永年教授进行互动。 |

On 13th August 2016, Saturday, the Ee Hoe Hean Club, Institute of Advanced Studies of Nanyang Technological University, SCFA and Singapore China Business Association co-organized a talk themed "One Belt One Road" at Chui Huay Lim Club.
The 3rd talk conducted by Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute, NUS, sharing on the topic of China's foreign policy. SCFA President Phua Kok Khoo chaired the Talk. The Talk was well received, attracted more than 400 audiences.
