| A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was recently signed between the Singapore China Friendship Association (SCFA) and Shantou People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. The purpose of this MOU is to enhance the friendly ties, communication and cooperation between Singapore and Shantou, and to further promote mutual understanding and friendship between Singapore and Shantou. |
