| The 8th Conference on ASEAN-China People-To-People Friendship Organizations was held from 30 November to 2 December 2013 at Sofitel Philippines Plaza, Manila. Invited by the Organizing Committee, a Singapore China Friendship Association (SCFA) delegation of 3 members led by Dr. Phua Kok Khoo, President, SCFA included Vice President Mr. Ung Gim Sei and Mr. Ng Swan Meen, Deputy Head, Social Activities, SCFA. |
