| 应新加坡海军邀请，中国人民解放军海军护航编队于2013年9月上旬正式访问新加坡。为增进新加坡华人朋友对中国海军建设和发展情况的了解，中国驻新加坡大使馆邀请我会董事、会员和青年团团员共4人于9月5日参加码头迎接和登舰参观。我会外事主任罗荣基先生和副主任黄选民先生等会员参加了上述活动。 |
| SCFA Invited by the China Embassy to Participate in A Welcome Ceremony and Boarding the Chinese Naval Vessel |
| The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) naval vessel paid an official visit to Singapore in early September 2013 at the invitation of Republic of Singapore Navy. Four SCFA Members were invited by the China Embassy to participate in the welcome ceremony and boarded the vessel on 5 September 2013. Mr. Loh Weng Kee, Head, Social Activities Group, SCFA and Deputy Head Mr. Ng Swan Meen attended the above event. |
