本会收到新加坡外交部来函, 深圳市人民对外友好协会副会长孙怀忠和深圳市外事办公室副主任，将率团于2012年3月来新加坡考察。代表团一行六人将通过此次考察活动，了解并在以下几个方面向新加坡学习和交流：(1) 新加坡的基础建设 (2) 新加坡如何推行多语制 (3) 新加坡作为旅游胜地，有哪些方便游客的政策。

有关此项，我会将应邀发出邀请函，邀请代表团赴新加坡进行考察与交流。代表团在新期间的所有费用，将由该团自行承担。

同时，代表团也将于2012年3月13日（星期二）下午拜访新中友好协会。我会将举办相应的会晤活动，进行进一步交流。届时欢迎会员踊跃报名，具体活动安排将另行通知。谢谢！

Sun Huaizhong, Vice President of the Shenzhen People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and concurrently a Deputy Director-General level official at the Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, would be leading a six-member delegation to Singapore in March 2012. The objectives of the study visit are to understand (i) how Singapore's infrastructure support our development as an international city, (ii) how we promote multilingualism in Singapore, and (iii) our policies in transforming Singapore into a tourist-friendly destination. SCFA will help to issue an invitation letter. The delegation will be responsible for all expenses including airfare, board and lodging as well as health insurance during the period of their stay in Singapore.

Especially, the delegation would like to meet up with members and committee of SCFA . With an objective to further exchange views and ideas on the topics indicated above, we would like to invite you to join us for the occasion on Tuesday 13th March 2012.
