第十六届会员大会

 第十六届会员大会于2月26日（星期五）下午5点假松岭俱乐部举行，当天出席的会员人数共33名。
会议在复准第十五届会员大会会议记录后，潘国驹会长向大家报告在2009年的主要会务活动，包括协会主办/协办的活动，培训活动，重要出访与接待，2010年重要活动筹备报告如东盟-中国民间友好组织大会等。会上也通过了审计后的2008年3月1日至2009年2月28日的财政报告。会议进入其他事项讨论后于下午6时20分结束。

16th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The 16 Annual General Meeting was successfully held on 26 February 2010 at The Pines, attended by 33 attendees.
At the meeting, after the previous AGM minutes had been approved, SCFA president Dr KK Phua reported on the main activities held in 2009, including trainings, talks, visits and receptions of important guests, and the preparation for the key event of 2010 - the 5th Conference on ASEAN-China People-to-People Friendship Organisations. The audited financial report from 1 March 2008 to 28 February 2009 was also approved. The meeting ended at 6.20 pm.
