2009年2月22日-3月1日，由中国东盟协会组织的企业家理事代表团在新进行五天的培训。此次培训由新中友好协会及南洋理工大学协办。2月27日晚上，新中友协为代表团举行了毕业典礼。新中友协会长潘国驹教授及中国东盟协会特邀理事林健忠博士为学员颁发了毕业证书。新中友协多位理事及负责授课的多位讲师参加了毕业典礼。

The China ASEAN Association Entrepreneurs Committee Member Training Program was held from 22 Feb to 1 Mar 2009 in Singapore. This training program was co-organized by SCFA and Nanyang Technology University. SCFA held a closing ceremony for the delegation on 27 Feb 2009. Prof Phua Kok Khoo, President of SCFA and Dr Lam Kin-chung, Invited committee members presented certificates of participation to the participants at the closing ceremony. Some SCFA committee members and lecturers attended the closing ceremony.
